MadreForte means “Strong Mother” in Italian—and that strength lives in every piece I create and curate. Founded in Palos Hills, Illinois, MadreForte is more than a boutique to me; it’s a movement rooted in empowerment, resilience, and self-love.
My mission is simple: to offer clothing that helps women feel confident, capable, and unapologetically themselves in every season of life.Every item—from cozy affirmation sweatshirts to chic weekly drops—is intentionally chosen to inspire.

Meet Nicole
Hi, I’m Nicole Marie, the heart behind MadreForte—and your fashion-loving bestie on the other side of the screen. I’ve spent over 14 years in sales and marketing, but my true passion has always been style: putting looks together, mixing cozy with chic, and finding those pieces that make you feel like the most confident version of yourself.
Inspired by my Italian and Croatian roots, I created MadreForte—“Strong Mother”—to blend empowerment with everyday fashion. I believe what you wear should make you smile, feel good in your own skin, and remind you of your strength. That’s why every piece at MadreForte, from affirmation sweatshirts to curated weekly drops, is intentionally selected or designed to be both wearable and meaningful.
As a wife, mom, and corporate professional who travels nationwide, I know what it’s like to juggle a busy life and still want to feel put-together. I create and curate with women like us in mind—women who do it all and deserve clothes that keep up.
I’ve walked my own journey of healing and transformation, and I’m passionate about making MadreForte a space where women feel seen, supported, and inspired. My favorite quote, “Nothing is impossible. The word itself says, ‘I’m possible!’” by Audrey Hepburn, perfectly reflects what I believe about you: your potential is limitless—and your wardrobe should cheer you on every step of the way. :)
