Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- $6.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $50!
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours.
Custom Orders:
- Custom items require 2–4 business days for production before shipping.
- Once produced, custom orders ship within 4–6 business days.
- You will receive a digital mockup for approval before anything is printed. Please approve your mockup in a timely manner, as production will not begin until your approval is received. 🤍
⚠️ No returns, exchanges, or cancellations on Design Your Own products. All custom orders are made specifically for you. We will only remake or refund in the case of a printing defect or an error on our part. No exceptions.
Returns:
- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Returns are eligible for refund to the original payment method.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

A flat rate return shipping fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, craft show items, leggings, shoes, graphic drinkware, all Design Your Own/custom orders, and overstock/clearance items. No exceptions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
