We want you to love your MadreForte purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.

Timeframe: 14 days from delivery date
Returns are eligible for refund to the original payment method.
Return shipping fee: $7.50 flat fee (deducted from refund)
Exception: If item arrives damaged from the warehouse, submit photos within 48 hours.
Item condition requirements:
- Unworn and unused, Original packaging and tags attached, Free from smoke, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Out-of-Stock Items After Purchase
If your paid item is out of stock, we will contact the manufacturer for a restock date. If no restock is available, you have 5 days to respond and choose:
Full refund and In-store credit
No response after 5 days: Store credit issued automatically with no expiration date.
Final Sale Items - No Returns
The following items cannot be returned:
Shoes
Jewelry
Sunglasses
Intimates (bralettes, bodysuits, bathing suits)
Hair accessories and hats
Beauty and personal care products
Clearance items
Any Custom orders
Overstock
Seasonal craft show items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us at support@madreforte.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue and issue a full refund minus the return shipping label cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders enter processing immediately. Cancellations are typically not possible.
If we catch your order before full processing: 20% cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable processing costs.
Ineligible Returns
Returns will be refused if items show any of the following:
Signs of any wear
Makeup or deodorant stains
Pet hair
Perfume or smoke odor
Missing tags
No exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Excessive Returns Policy
Customers who abuse our return policy will be notified that future returns may be:
Refused, or Subject to a 30% restocking fee
Continued abuse: Orders will be automatically canceled and your account will be denied.
Important Notes
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Store credits: Sent to your order email with no expiration date. Can be used on any product.
