After items are being made, cancelations are not accepted or refunded.  We will only remake or refund in the case of a printing defect or an error on our part. No exceptions to this policy due to all custom orders are made specifically for you.

Returns: 

• We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Returns are eligible for refund to the original payment method.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, discounted craft items, leggings, shoes, graphic drinkware, all Design Your Own/custom orders, and overstock/clearance items. 
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
