Returns:

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returns are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, clearance, leggings, shoes, graphic apparel (exchanges only), graphic drinkware, and all Design Your Own/custom orders.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
⚠️ No returns or exchanges on Design Your Own products. After items are being made, cancellations are not accepted or refunded. We will only remake in the case of a printing defect or an error on our part. No exceptions to this policy, as all custom orders are made specifically for you.
