⚠️ No returns or exchanges on Design Your Own products. Cancelations are accepted within the hour of placing the order. After items are being made, cancelations are not accepted or refunded.  We will only remake or refund in the case of a printing defect or an error on our part. No exceptions to this policy due to all custom orders are made specifically for you.

Returns: 

• We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Returns are eligible for refund to the original payment method.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, discounted craft items, leggings, shoes, graphic drinkware, all Design Your Own/custom orders, and overstock/clearance items. 
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
