Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- $6.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $50!
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.
Returns:
- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Returns are eligible for refund to the original payment method.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- A flat rate return shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund
- A 10% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, overstock and craft show items, leggings, shoes, all graphic apparel, graphic drinkware, any custom items and sale/clearance items. No exceptions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
