- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, discounted craft items, leggings, shoes, graphic drinkware, all Design Your Own/custom orders, and overstock/clearance items.
