• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Returns are eligible for refund to the original payment method.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
  
• A flat rate return shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund 
• A 10% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.
